TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions: 10% Buyer's Premium and VA Sales Tax Charged. All items being sold "as is, where is". Auction company will charge credit card on file for total invoices up to $300 max. Any invoices over this amount must be paid by cash, certified or cashiers check at pick up. Auction starts ending at 5 PM EST with a soft close. Please note that if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of bidding, the clock will be extended an additional 2 minutes.

Shipping: No Shipping provided by Auction Company. Buyers may pay for and arrange for third party shipping. Local option is the Packaging Store at 540-772-0999. Buyer should contact a shipping company prior to bidding for pricing quote. Pick up must be arranged during the advertised pick up date/time.

Firearm Sales: All firearms will be transferred through Chaffin Taxidermy, 401 Indian Springs Rd NW, Willis VA 24380; phone number 540-392-5672. Local bidders should call for hours and to arrange pickup. For bidders who require shipping, all firearms that shoot modern ammunition MUST be shipped to your local FFL dealer. Please have your dealer contact Chaffin Taxidermy to get them a copy of his/her FFL license and include your name and bidder and/or invoice number on the sheet. All sales of firearms or receivers with a serial number are subject to a $15.00 FFL transfer fee per firearm. Check with your receiving FFL dealer and work out all receiving agreements. We are not gun experts. Please look carefully at the pictures and ask all questions prior to bidding. You are bidding on what you see in the photos. All sales are AS IS and final.

Due Diligence: It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition and value of item. Auction company does not guarantee the condition or validity of description of items. Buyer responsible for doing their own due diligence prior to bidding. Buyer acknowledges that all items are sold "as is, where is with any and all faults."
