This is not a Tax or Trustee Sale or associated in any way to the Stone County Commission,   all of the parcels will sell with a guaranteed free & clear title with no liens or encumbrances.

All property sells subject to Probate Court approval.

Onsite and Absentee bids are welcome, all absentee bidders must register at least 24 hours before the auction & provide a debit or credit card, there will be a three percent fee added to all  payments being paid for with a debit or credit card.

 All closings will be handled by Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow.

Terms: 10% down payment due day of sale, balance at closing 45 days or less.
