ON-LINE AUCTION: Bids will be accepted through the website of O’Neills Auction Company (www.oneillenterprises.com) beginning at 12 noon on June 2, 2020 and will be accepted through 12 noon on June 4, 2020. Seller will announce the results of the auction not later than 1:00 pm on June 4, 2020.  Additional terms of the On-Line Auction will be posted on the website on June 1, 2020.

The List Price is the recommended opening bid and is not the anticipated sale price. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

PURCHASE TERMS:  $ 5,000.00 Contract Deposit in the form of cash, certified or cashier’s check, credit/debit card or wired funds required to be delivered to the office of the auctioneer by 5 pm on Thursday June 4, 2020. Balance of the purchase price is to be paid on or before July 17, 2020 at 5 pm.  The property is purchased in “As Is” condition. There are no contingent conditions to be reserved by the Buyer. The property may be inspected prior to the auction by appointment.  Pre-auction bids may be submitted but must use the Auction Contract of Sale form which is provided by the Auctioneer.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: Buyer to pay a Buyer’s Premium in the amount of 5% of the purchase price, at settlement.

BUYER’S AGENT: Buyer’s Broker agents must register with the Auctioneer at the time of the On-Line Auction and will receive compensation in the amount of 1% of the Purchase Price from the Auctioneer, at settlement.  There is no Buyer’s Broker compensation paid to a Buyer’s Broker who is or whose agent is a principal of the purchase contract.

PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT: The Purchase and Sale Contract for this transaction is included in the Auction Information Brochure and must be signed by all parties to the transaction upon notification that the Bid is accepted by the Seller and not later than 5 pm on June 4, 2020.
