Pick-Up: Local pick-up will be held on November 11th from 9 AM – 5 PM at 102 S Locust St., Floyd, VA. Otherwise, you must contact Kaitlyn at 540-745-2005 to arrange for shipping and payment.

Payment: 10% Buyer's Premium and VA Sales Tax Charged. Buyer must either wire payment or mail a money order, cashier’s check or certified check to the Auction Company within 7 business days of the auction close. Anything that is not paid for within 7 business days will be forfeited by the buyer. Items will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Please contact Kaitlyn at 540-745-2005 for wiring instructions. If payment is wired, the buyer will be responsible for a $20 wire fee.

Shipping: Upon invoicing, the bidder must notify auction the company (via phone at 540-745-2005 or email: BlueRidgeLandandAuction@gmail.com) if you request shipping. If shipped, the shipping cost will be charged to the buyer prior to shipping. (Minimum shipping charge of $11.50 for a Small Flat Rate USPS box). Larger packages will be determined based on current USPS rates. If shipped, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for items and will not hold the auction company liable for any damages or lost shipments. Items will be shipped with basic flat rate shipping insurance. If the buyer would like special shipping, the buyer may arrange for and pay for their own packaging and shipping.
Due Diligence: It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and value of items. The auction company does not guarantee the condition or validity of the description of items. Bidders are responsible for doing their own due diligence prior to bidding. Bidders acknowledge that all items are sold "as is, where is with any and all faults."
